Where are you located?
We have 3 clinic locations.1 in Oak Ridge (which is also our Corporate Office), 1 in Knoxville, and 1 in Sevierville. You can find maps and contact information for each clinic at the bottom of this page. If you have trouble finding an office, just give us a call and we'll guide you to our doorstep.
When are you open?
Our 3 clinic locations are open 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday. We accept our last walk-in at 4:00PM. It's always a good idea to call ahead. We are closed on New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July (observed), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas. After-hours and Emergency call-out services are provided (including weekends) with a contract account.
What type of drug test do I need?
We'll work with you to understand what you need. Click here for a list of some of our most commonly performed tests. You might not know it but different companies, geographic locations, and government entities require different test panels. We want to make sure we perform the right test for you. Different test panels go to different laboratories and have different cut-off levels. Be sure to have in hand any paperwork provided to you by your employer, contractor, lawyer, or whomever is directing you for a test.
When will I get my results?
Urine drug test results are typically reported out within 1-2 business days. Non-negative results that require a Medical Review Officer (MRO) verification will take longer, typically an additional 3 business days.
Hair and Nail drug test results are typically reported out within 5-10 business days.
Paternity/DNA testing results are typically reported out within 5-10 business days.
Background Investigation reports are typically reported out within 3-7 business days.
How will I get my results?
Most of our results are reported electronically with secure website login credentials. We do not email Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or HIPAA information without password protection. We may mail, fax, or require you to stop by our office to pick-up documentation.
How do I set-up an account?
If you'd like us to invoice you for services, you'll have to set-up an account. You can call our corporate office at 865-690-5811 and we'll discuss what you are looking for and email you a customized quote for services. We typically respond to client calls on the same business day. After you've reviewed the quote, return to us a signed copy acknowledging our terms and conditions. We will then return to you a fully executed copy for your records. Once the paperwork is in place you'll be able to start using our services! We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.
I have a question about my invoice.
Someone in our accouting department will be happy to answer your questions. Just call 865-690-5811 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We send out monthly invoices by the 15th of the following month. Our payment terms are NET30. We can accept credit card payment over the phone and will accept EFT payments.
